Post 1: Buyer / Procurement Assistant/ Sourcing Assistant
采购/采购助理/资料助理
Job Description :
Responsible for day-to-day procurement activities which include :
- Processing users department purchase request and discuss with the requirement with users
- Sourcing competent vendors to fulfill company requirement
- Maintain catalogue library
- Issuing request for quotation to vendors
- Evaluating offers and perform negotiation
- Make buying recommendation for approval
- Ensure the purchase authority, commitment and process is complied with company Procurement Policy and Procedures
- Using company computerized system to prepare various procurement document such as Purchase Orders and data entry
- Any special assignment by his/her supervisor
Job Specification :
- Completion of secondary school education, University graduate in any Business discipline is preferable
· 1~2 years experience in procurement, but not essential
· Experience in wholesale, retails or hotel industry preferred.
· Familiar in using MS office – Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
· Possess good communication and problem solving skills, high sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure.
· Possess good negotiation and commercial skills.
· Have a good command of English and Mandarin with Cantonese an advantage.
· Have a high degree of integrity and business ethics.
· A good team player and work with other team members as a team.
· Work independently in a cooperative and pro-active manner with different levels of personnel within a sizeable organization.

Post 2: PMC 生产资料管理
Job Description:
· Monitoring production schedule and progress to ensure on time delivery
· Coordinating orders and inspection request between suppliers and customers
· Communicating with team members and suppliers on shipment status
· Planning and controlling daily operation processes
· Able to develop and monitor effective system in order handling and delivery activities
· Frequent travel will be required
Job Specification:
· University / technical college graduates
· Major in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, Material Management or other related subjects
· CET 4 or above
· Have basic knowledge on SCM or manufacturing
· Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
· Willing to learn, hard working, flexible and perseverance
· On-the-job training will be provided for successful candidates
Post 3: QA Inspector 质检员
Job Description:
· Assist senior staff to manage, administer and develop internal QA Department
· General assist to maintain and develop QA internal system and inspection specification
· Handling customer complaints and responsible for product & factory quality problem
· To perform the initial, interim & quality pre-shipment inspection and the relevant QA functions
· Completion of other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Specification:
· Technical college or U. graduate in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering field or equivalent is preferable
· Min. 3 years production / QC & QA practical inspection experiences with basic management skill in FF&E, construction material, fabrics, F&B, uniform, lighting, electrical appliances or/and so on products
· Can prepare QA specification (both English & Chinese version) is an asset
· Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and so on are preferable
· Hard working with good interpersonal and communication skill
· Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin & have knowledge of ISO-9000 / 17020 / 17025 are preferable
